The plot of Bleach HD is arguably the simplest thing on the site; there isn't one, really. Not to the extent you'd assume. There's not many set guidelines on what people can and can't do character development and plot wise.
Bleach HD is, primarily, a Do-It-Yourself type of story forum. Build the plot. Become a plot point, yourself. The things you do in the world are generally permanent. Blow up a few buildings, little human friend? Run from the police. You're in trouble. Eat a /few/ too many souls, mister/misses Hollow? Wonderful, there's databases of information on you within the seireitei now and a summons out for your destruction. Enjoy! All of your actions have reactions and consequences that you'll likely need to determine and deal with yourself; though staff is of course available should that fail.
The races general plots are as follows:
Fullbringers: You have nothing. Not much of anything. You have a small secret base on the Isle of Wight that houses maybe a handful of Fullbringers. Your hometown is generally under attack from Hollow, Shinigami trying to kill those Hollow or Quincy out to kill both of the above and ignore your existence entirely. You barely exist. Maybe you should fix that? Don't draw too much attention to yourself, though, if you're not well equipped to deal with a backlash.
Quincy: You're a mobilized military unit within your castle along with nearly every other surviving Quincy at the moment. In rare cases you might have been able to escape and live on your own, but unless you never use your abilities you're unlikely to stay hidden for very long. You're constantly at literal war with every other race aside from your fellow human class, the Fullbringers, who you don't really have any standing with. The higher-ups of your ranks are secretive about their plans or why they don't accept any of the peace offers from the Shinigami diplomats but that's none of your business. Survive, grow stronger, ascend through the ranks. Make a difference.
Shinigami/Visored: The Shinigami are in political chaos and barely hanging on by the skin of their teeth within the safe confines of their walls, venturing out only on various missions. The Captain-Commander left 51 years ago and her Lieutenant, Oswald, is in charge; not to much success, as the numbers of the Shinigami are thin, maybe roughly ~2000 at most, with each of the five other captains leading their various squads and day-to-day activities with very little regard for anything else going on. The Visored are a phenomena not yet deeply analyzed by anyone, having not been given the chance, and it appears to be naturally occurring within a very, very small percentage of Shinigami. (The success rate of the transformation and control being even lower.)
Hollow/Arrancar: As per usual the Hollow do their own thing within Hueco Mundo and their hunts in the World of the Living. There is no current social hierarchy. They have the least amount of reason for change unless someone should stand up and wish to take over the land for their own reasons; though you'd have to be awfully powerful to accomplish such a feat. Any and all Arrancar are personal occurrences, happening whenever a Hollow with sufficient strength and intelligent removes their mask or has it destroyed.
